The key to a great stud producing ZedRun horses is a winning Genesis. There are a multiple of factors that suggest a horse with 19% or better winning percentage will be more likely to stud. However, this isn’t absolutely true when considering the breeding process of DubRun’s offspring Sad Sam Jones, and Dubbed My Toe!. Studding competition on Zed run is ferocious, and requires horses that have great winning potential. There are rare times where high percentage wins will arrive at the floor of the marketplace on Hawku. It’s likely a result of players using the horses, and streaking with a multiple of wins. When your horse arrives near 20% you’ll have to consider its’ potential as a stud to achieve the best results from studding. We must also consider the potential of a slow down considering external farm breeding. Currently discounts can be applied when breeding a female with a male from your independent farm. Thus, those looking for horses to pair may not be as likely to option an external or outsourced breeder. A horse like Cotton Candy Zoomin offers incredible stats, and appears to have a preferred race distance of 1200 meters. The accelerated potential of pairing two horses in the same color spectrum with the same preferred distance offers a 1200 meter sprinter may be born. If the stats are comparable with winning percentages hovering above 19% factors of distance should be considered. It requires the right horse to pair for the job.
STUDDING HYPOTHETICAL WITH COTTON CANDY ZOOMIN AND SWUMBU
Let’s take the hypothetical of a ZedRun breeding process with Cotton Candy Zoomin and Swumbu. The two have been paired for their offering of win percentage producing a strong racehorse. The variation of color in human’s skin can also produce a true breed, or offer breeding more genetic anomalies when considering various skin tones. The darker the skin of a male the more likely to result in genetic anomaly. The lighter the skin offers less likely genetic anomaly variable. Flipping horses like In A Void appeared to be the ideal way to make gains playing ZedRun.
